چکیده

Perkembangan pengobatan infeksi tuberculosis memberikan harapan kesembuhan total akan tetapi seiring berjalanya waktu pengunaan obat berdampak pada munculnya strain Mycobacterium yang resisten terhadap peningkatan kecepatan diaknostik resistensi perlu dikembangkan salah satunya methode molekuler berbasis PCR penentu mutasi gen disebakan satu target digunakan adalah rpoB, Primer rpoB sebagai penanda terjadinya diharapkan mampu dampak alternatif deteksi cepat secara molekuler. Panjang pita 318 bp cocok untuk kelompok diperoleh hasil menunjukan kodon 509 perubagan AGC menjadi AAT terjadi perubahan asam amino dari serin Apargarin, nukleotida CAG CCG 510 mengubah Glutamin prolin, 514 TTC TTG Phenylalanine leucine, 515 ATG GTG ini menyebakan Methionine Valine . tersebut menyebabkan Rifampicin
